I faced multiple issues with the room keys, which took longer than expected to get resolved. total hassle while trying to get in after hitting the beach. The advertised breakfast turned out to be underwhelming. no hot options, just some bagels and coffee that left me wanting. Additionally, the broken coffee machine in the lobby was a letdown. If you're looking for a spotless retreat or robust amenities, you might want to keep on flying.
